Delete from the app

In Reborn 1.3, open Profile → Delete online profile. In older 1.2 releases, use Settings → Player profile. Type your username and confirm. This permanently removes your online profile, ranked scores and server-saved verification records. Your local classic game is separate and stays on your phone.

Delete here with your recovery code

Your code is used only to verify ownership over HTTPS. It is not added to the support inbox.

Google-linked Ricaba accounts

In version 1.4, open your player tab, then Account options and Delete online profile. Confirm your public player name. This deletes the shared Ricaba account and its associated online scores. Google-only players do not have to create or send a recovery code. Without the app, request deletion through the contact form or hello@ricaba.com with your player name and the Google email associated with the account. We verify ownership before deletion. Do not send Google passwords, ID tokens or session tokens. The recovery-code form above is for older profiles only.

Request deletion without the app

You can request account deletion through our contact form or email hello@ricaba.com. Choose 2048 Reborn and provide your public username and the words “account deletion”. We will need to verify that you own the profile before acting, so someone else cannot delete it by knowing your name. Do not send your recovery code through email or the contact form. We will explain the verification steps in our response.

What is removed

Your online identity, recovery credential hash, ranked leaderboard records and verification receipts and older saved challenge records are deleted from the active service. Relevant profile-linked reports are also removed. Rotating server backups expire within seven days. Support correspondence follows the support retention policy.

Offline-only players

The offline classic game does not create an online account. Clear app storage in Android settings to remove its local data. Delete exported copies separately.
