1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Memory Match, provided by Ricaba. Questions and support: hello@ricaba.com. They apply alongside the rules of the store or platform through which you obtain the app and do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
2. Using the app
You may use the app on devices you are entitled to use, subject to these terms and any applicable store license. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, exploit security flaws or present another person’s work as your own. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
This game is intended for entertainment. The current version does not support wagering, cash prizes or real-money gambling. Local scores have no monetary value.
3. Availability and development builds
This product is in development and is not publicly released. Test builds can contain errors and may change. Features, device support and public availability will be described on the product page as releases become available. No release date is promised by this page.
4. Your records and local storage
You retain responsibility for information you enter and for having permission to use any content you import. Keep backups of important information where the app supports export. Device loss, clearing storage, uninstalling or changing devices may remove local data. The current version does not provide a Ricaba account or cloud restoration service.
5. Ownership and third-party components
App branding, original software and original visual or audio assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party software, fonts and other components are subject to their own notices and licenses.
6. Reliability and your rights
We work to improve the app but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every device or purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Privacy and support
Read the Memory Match privacy policy for information about local data, device features and support correspondence. For help, email hello@ricaba.com with the app name, version, device model and a description of the problem.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will publish the revised terms with an updated effective date and provide further notice where required. New services such as online accounts or purchases will be described before they become available.
